I cannot get to install Nero. Is there any other DVD burning software I can use?

Does Nero Work with Vista?
Nero 7 works fine but only Brurning ROM. Start install, select custom and deselect all except Nero Burning ROM. It will install all the way through but give an error message as failing towards the end. Cancel. Go to program files, open the Nero folder and drag the icon to the start icon on the taskbar. Open Nero from there.

For some odd reason, Nero 6 is working fine with Windows Vista. Nero 7 does not work on my system at all.
Have still the same problem.
Before the vista-upgrade i've a OEM Version (6) from nero. I can start the Burning Tool, but the burn process wouldnt go on. So i've tried to install the a full Version of Nero (7), but the installation routine is snap off a few minutes later ;o(

The Setup requires to get an Update for Nero 7. "AJ" wrote in message
